Jesse and his team did a fantastic job with our Living Room remodeling project! This included the removal of a bedroom wall and enlargement of our living room area including installation of a fireplace.

Jesse & Crew from Karnezis Construction redid a 34 yr old open deck into 600ft screened in extended living space. We wish we’d done this years ago as we absolutely love it! It created an additional dining space, living space and sleeping space outdoors! We have a laundry room downstairs but wanted laundry space upstairs as well. We had a huge unused soaking tub in the master bathroom that we removed and replaced with a washer/dryer. We got a larger walk-in shower space out of it as well! Karnezis Construction has done several remodels of spaces for us over the past 2 yrs. Replaced toilets, finished a new storage room and roofed a patio. About the patio....I had a vision of what I wanted it to look like with corrugated metal, that didn’t work out. I didn’t love Jesse’s idea but he was right. What he did was perfect with very clean finished lines. Jesse arrived 2 yrs ago as a stranger I’d never met before. He very quickly grew on me and felt like family every day he arrived to work. He’s very personable and honest. It’s the little things...like making little repairs on this or that that wasn’t on his daily schedule, he just did it. Helping bring in groceries, helping to move things....you can just tell these guys were raised right! I highly recommend Karnezis Construction.

In this line of business I could have chosen many builders. I had many quotes before making a decision. I chose Jesse because I was able to see his craftsmanship first hand by pictures he provided and his professionalism. My deck was a challenge because of height and unlevel ground. Jesse is quite literally one of the nicest, most genuine guys you'll ever meet! The quality of the work done by him and his crew on my garage was impeccable. He's quick to get you an estimate and starts the work quickly and keeps it moving along at a great pace. Jesse keeps in contact with you through the entire process. Jesse & Garrett made our home dream come true last Spring with a deck redo. Our existing deck was 35 yrs old and past due for repair. It runs the length of our house so we had 3/4 of it screened in which added about 600sq ft of living space to our home. We were able to make outdoor dining/living room/sleeping area and seriously as long as it’s not freezing outside we live out there! We are beyond pleased with the outcome! We also did a master bath remodel taking out a huge bathtub and replacing with a washer/dryer and all new flooring. Having a laundry setup on both floors of our home has been great!! This year we will start on the downstairs remodel! We are very pleased with Jesse’s work and highly recommend him for all your remodel needs! Vicky & Gary Burnette
